目的 :了解静滴复方丹参注射液联合蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。方法 :光疗组每天蓝光治疗 8h及其他常规治疗 ,联合治疗组在光疗组基础上加静滴复方丹参注射液。结果 :两组退黄至正常所花的时间 ,联合组为 (2 .6± 1.0 )d、光疗组为 (3.7± 2 .1)d ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :联合治疗优于单纯光疗
Objective: To understand the effect of intravenous infusion of compound Danshen injection combined with blue light on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: The patients in the phototherapy group were treated with blue light for 8 hours every day and other routine treatments. The combination therapy group was treated with intravenous infusion of the compound Danshen injection on the basis of the phototherapy group. Results: The time taken for both groups to return to normal was (2.66 ± 1.0) days in the combined group and (3.7 ± 2.1) days in the phototherapy group (P <0.01) . Conclusion: Combination therapy is better than pure phototherapy
