采用正交实验设计法,在不同的实验条件下,研究了1,3-二溴丙烷与三苯基膦的选择性亲核取代反应。实验结果表明:在一定的反应条件下,只要以二甲苯为溶剂,反应产物均为溴丙基三苯基溴化;而在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂时,反应产物均为1,3-双(溴化三苯基)丙烷。反应的产物与原料的比例、反应温度、反应时间没有关系。采用元素分析、红外吸收光谱分析(IR)和核磁共振波谱(NMR)表征了两种季盐产物的分子结构式。
Using orthogonal experimental design method, the selective nucleophilic substitution reaction of 1,3-dibromopropane with triphenylphosphine was studied under different experimental conditions. The experimental results show that under the certain reaction conditions, as long as xylene is used as the solvent, the reaction products are all bromopropyl triphenylphosphonium bromide; while in N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N, N - dimethylacetamide (DMAC) as a solvent, the reaction products are all 1,3-bis (triphenylphosphonium bromide) propane. The reaction product and the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time does not matter. The molecular structures of the two quaternary salt products were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).
