溪洛渡水电站监控系统按照“无人值班、少人值守”的设计原则,结合溪洛渡电站“一厂两调”、“调控一体”、“深度交叉作业”及“边建边投”等特点,进行过渡方案与永久方案的联合设计与开发。本文主要对溪洛渡水电站监控系统的组织设计、网络结构、系统部署、调控方式、通信接口、流程操作等方面进行重点剖析,并针对其中的典型应用进行介绍,对其他水电站监控系统具有较高的示范和推广意义。
