采用热压缩试验对A286合金在950~1150℃,应变速率为0.1~10 s~(-1)条件下的流变应力、组织进行了研究。结果表明,随温度和应变速率的增加,再结晶分数增加。采用双曲正弦函数描述了峰值应力与Zener-hollomon参数的关系,测试范围内,峰值应力条件下的再结晶激活能为464 k J/mol,峰值应力方程为■=1.79×10~(18){sinh(0.0044·σ_p)}exp(-464 000/RT),峰值应力计算值和试验值吻合较好。
The flow stress and microstructure of A286 alloy at 950 ~ 1150 ℃ and strain rate of 0.1 ~ 10 s ~ (-1) were investigated by hot compression test. The results show that the recrystallization fraction increases with increasing temperature and strain rate. The relationship between peak stress and Zener-hollomon parameters is described by the hyperbolic sine function. The peak activation energy under the peak stress is 464 kJ / mol and the peak stress equation is ■ = 1.79 × 10 ~ (18) {sinh (0.0044 · σ_p)} exp (-464 000 / RT), the calculated value of peak stress agrees well with the experimental value.
