目的评估常熟市免疫规划疫苗接种率,以及以镇为单位国家免疫规划疫苗接种率达到90%的进展情况。方法根据《国家免疫规范督导评估工作方案》,采用批质量保证抽样办法(LQAS)开展了国家免疫规划接种率调查。结果本次共入户调查10个镇420个儿童,其中卡介苗、脊灰疫苗、A群流脑疫苗未种人数均为1人,且均因禁忌症而未种,其他疫苗均无漏种。同时,乙肝首针不及时人数为37人,占调查儿童数的8.81%。结论按照《国家免疫规范督导评估工作方案》接种率判断标准,我市10个乡镇8种免疫规划疫苗接种率各剂次均达到90%的标准。
Objective To evaluate the vaccination rate of immunization programs in Changshu City and the progress of the vaccination rate of 90% of the national immunization programs in the township level. Methods According to the “Work Plan on Supervision and Evaluation of National Immunization Norms”, a survey on vaccination coverage of national immunization programs was carried out by using the Batch Quality Assurance Sampling Method (LQAS). Results A total of 420 children were surveyed in 10 towns in this study. Among them, the number of BCG vaccine, polio vaccine and group A meningitis vaccine were both 1 and were not contracted due to contraindications. Other vaccines had no leakage. At the same time, the number of hepatitis B needles in a timely manner was 37, accounting for 8.81% of the total number of children surveyed. Conclusion According to the criteria of inoculation rate in the “Work Plan on Supervision and Evaluation of National Immunization Norms”, the vaccination coverage rates of eight immunization programs in 10 towns and townships in our city reached 90%.
