目的:筛选对于黑木耳细胞壁破壁效果好的几丁质酶产生菌株。方法:从浙江、陕西、湖北等地栽培黑木耳的土壤样品中筛选到1株产几丁质酶活力较强的菌株BSCH0802,结合菌落形态、生理生化指标和16SrDNA序列分析对其种群形状和个体形态进行观察和鉴定。结果:在菌株BSCH0802个体形态和生理生化特性鉴定的基础上,通过16sDNA测序鉴定,确定BSCH0802为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。结论:本研究为选育高产几丁质酶菌株提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To screen chitinase-producing strains with good wall breaking effect on black fungus. Methods: A strain of chitinase with strong activity of chitinase BSCH0802 was screened from the soil samples of black fungus cultivated in Zhejiang, Shaanxi and Hubei Provinces. Based on the morphological, physiological and biochemical indexes and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, Morphological observation and identification. Results: Based on the morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics of BSCH0802, BSCH0802 was identified as Bacillus subtilis by 16sDNA sequencing. Conclusion: This study provides a theoretical basis for breeding high yield chitinase strains.
