自1998年以来,我场在湖北省种子管理站和转基因抗虫棉育种单位的支持下,引进示范种植了40hm~2心转基因抗虫棉——CK19,在大田示范种植上取得了可喜成绩。 1 种植转基因抗虫棉的基础 1.1 土质概况:我场土壤质地是鄂北岗地黄粘土的典型代表,地势较高,肥力中等。 1 2 土壤肥力:底肥:每667m~2底施40kg碳铵、50kg磷肥、10kg氯化钾、0.5kg硼砂。追肥:蕾肥每667m~2穴施5kg尿素、2 5kg氯化钾;花铃肥每667m~2穴施7 5kg尿素、2.5kg氯化钾。 1.3 播种及生育状况:4月13日播种,理论密度3 000株,
