研究了1Cr17Ni2钢不同热处理后所得的组织及其对力学性能和抗晶间腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明:在合适的成分范围内,经990~1050℃淬火,275~350℃低温回火后,钢的强度高,塑、韧性较好,同时抗晶间腐蚀能力强;400~550℃中温回火,冲击韧性明显降低,抗晶间腐蚀能力也差;600~650℃高温回火,强度有所降低,但塑、韧性好,抗晶间腐蚀能力也并不逊色.文中还对微观组织的变化及其对力学性能和抗腐蚀性能的影响作了较为详细的叙述与分析。
The effects of different heat treatments on the mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of 1Cr17Ni2 steel were studied. The results show that the steel has the advantages of high strength, good plasticity and toughness and good intergranular corrosion resistance after being tempered at 990 ~ 1050 ℃ and low temperature at 275 ~ 350 ℃ within the proper composition range; Tempering, impact toughness decreased significantly, anti-intergranular corrosion resistance is poor; 600 ~ 650 ℃ high temperature tempering, strength decreased, but the plastic, toughness, resistance to intergranular corrosion is not inferior. The article also made a detailed description and analysis of the microstructure changes and its impact on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
