如图1,干式气缸套的加工质量要求较高,以前通常采用弹性套筒夹具和液性塑料夹具装夹加工,前者存在弹性套筒制造精度难以保证,自动定心精度难以控制。后者定心精度较高,但对切削热相当敏感,塑料易老化,配制塑料成份控制严格。由于干式气缸套壁厚较薄(1~3mm)易变形。故该2种夹具在使用中都易使工件变形大,而限制了它们在干式气缸套生产中的使用,为此我厂开发成功蛇腹套弹性自动定心夹具。
As shown in Fig. 1, the processing quality of dry cylinder liner is relatively high. In the past, the elastic sleeve fixture and the liquid plastic fixture were often used for the clamping processing. The former has the difficulty of ensuring the manufacturing precision of the elastic sleeve and the automatic centering accuracy is difficult to control. The latter centering accuracy is high, but very sensitive to cutting heat, plastic easy to aging, control the preparation of plastic components strictly. Due to dry cylinder liner thin wall thickness (1 ~ 3mm) easily deformed. So the two kinds of fixtures are easy to use in the deformation of the workpiece, which limits their use in the production of dry cylinder liner, for which I developed the success of the snake abdomen elastic automatic centering fixture.
