我们在局部解剖标本中，发现两例上肢动脉变异，特报导如下。一例中年男尸，左侧挠动脉由胸小肌覆盖的腋动脉第二段发出。桡动脉发出处外口直径0329cm，内口直径队233cm，主干在臂部沿肱动脉血管神经束下行，在前臂行于桡侧诸肌中发出肌支，直至大鱼际肌表面分两大终支，一支行于掌深面形成掌深弓；另一支则绕掌背再穿过第一、二骨间至掌面浅出，形成掌洗干挠动脉由腋动脉第二段至大鱼际肌表面主干长52cm；大鱼际肌处桡动脉外回直径0237cm，内回直径几163cm。另一例中年男尸，右侧，路深动脉由腋动脉第三段发出。腋动脉的第三段即胸小肌下缘至大圆肌下线长3．45cm，在距胸小肌下缘2．053cm发出胸外侧动脉起点直径队312cm；在距胸小肌下缘2．773cm发出路深动脉。起点直径0．328cm，主干伴桡神经没脑三头肌下行。在路深动脉起点稍下方有肩肿下动脉发出，起点直径0．317cm；在距脑深动脉起点2．18cm有旋肱前、后动脉发出起点直径分别为0．147cm、0.521cm。同时在大圆肌下缘与腋动脉续连肱路动脉起点直径0．95cm.
