本文介绍了扫描电镜(SEM)技术在石墨层间化合物(GICs)研究中的一些探索性应用结果,通过实验与操作,发现用SEM可有效地观察微观插层情况,能获得原子结合的有关信息并可以检验GICs的合成效果。
In this paper, some exploratory applications of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in the study of graphite intercalation compounds (GICs) are introduced. By means of experiments and operations, it is found that SEM can effectively observe the microscopic intercalation and obtain information on atomic binding And can test the synthetic effect of GICs.
