目的探讨黄连与肉桂不同配伍比例对交泰丸中小檗碱溶出率的影响。方法各组中药采取水煎法,小檗碱检测条件:色谱柱XTerraP18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至3.5)-乙腈(70∶30);检测波长:346 nm;柱温:40℃;流速0.9 mL.min-1;进样量:10μL。结果黄连∶肉桂=1∶0.25,1∶0.5与黄连单煎剂小檗碱提取率差异明显,且随肉桂比例提高,小檗碱煎出率降低。结论肉桂对黄连有效成分小檗碱的溶出具一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different combinations of Coptis chinensis and Cinnamon on the dissolution rate of berberine in Jiaotai pill. METHODS: The Chinese herbs were decocted by water. Berberine was used for the determination of berberine. The column was XTerra P18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted to pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid ) -acetonitrile (70:30); detection wavelength: 346 nm; column temperature: 40 ℃; flow rate 0.9 mL.min-1; injection volume: 10 μL. Results berberine: cinnamon = 1: 0.25, 1: 0.5 and berberine extract decoction significantly different, and with the increase of cinnamon, berberine decoction rate decreased. Conclusion Cinnamon has a certain inhibitory effect on the dissolution of berberine, the active ingredient of Coptis chinensis.
