目的:研究ZrO2、Ti6Al4V对牙龈成纤维细胞的毒性影响,为临床优选材料提供理论依据。方法:分别制作ZrO2、Ti6Al4V试件各10片,并制作浸提液。常规培养细胞并确定细胞接种密度(6×103个/mL),倒置相差显微镜下观察细胞形态,应用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率(AP%)。结果:ZrO2、Ti6Al4V的AP%值经统计学分析无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:ZrO2对细胞增殖的抑制作用极弱,表现出极佳的生物相容性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the toxic effects of ZrO2 and Ti6Al4V on gingival fibroblasts and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical optimization of materials. Methods: 10 samples of ZrO2 and Ti6Al4V were made respectively and the extract was prepared. The cells were routinely cultured and the inoculation density (6 × 10 3 cells / mL) was determined. The cell morphology was observed under inverted phase contrast microscope, and the apoptosis rate (AP%) was detected by flow cytometry. Results: There was no significant difference in AP% values of ZrO2 and Ti6Al4V between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: ZrO2 has a very weak inhibitory effect on cell proliferation and shows excellent biocompatibility.
