患儿,女,10岁,汉族.肤色进行性苍黄9年余,心悸、浮肿、不能平卧1个月,于1986年3月20日入院.患儿于出生3个月起肤色苍黄,呈进行性加重.1岁开始每2～3周在当地医院输血50ml.两岁后每1～2个月输血150ml.近两年来皮肤渐呈灰黑色.7岁时第一次住院,诊为地中海贫血,行脾切术,共输血1100ml.9岁时第二次住院,共输血550ml.父母均汉族,非近亲.家族无类似患者. 体检:一般情况较差,呈慢性重病容,
