根据微弧氧化的功能需要,在传统氧化电源的基础上设计了基于DSP的全数字化大功率微弧氧化电源。首先从工作原理和构成上进行介绍,然后对硬件和软件进行相应设计,重点介绍了IGBT驱动电路和带死区控制的PWM程序设计。实验应用证明,该电源能够输出具有变频和变幅的正、负脉冲波形,且输出稳定可靠,满足微弧氧化的工艺和功能要求。
According to the function requirement of micro-arc oxidation, a fully digitized high-power micro-arc oxidation power source based on DSP is designed on the basis of the traditional oxidation power source. First of all, the working principle and composition are introduced. Then, the hardware and software are designed accordingly. The IGBT driver circuit and the PWM program design with dead zone control are introduced emphatically. The experimental application proves that the power supply can output positive and negative pulse waveforms with frequency conversion and amplitude change, and the output is stable and reliable, which meets the technical and functional requirements of microarc oxidation.
