采用自制的聚苯乙烯型磺酸基阳离子交换树脂对铬鞣液及废铬液络合物组分进行了分离测定 ,结果表明 ,所用离子交换柱、H2 O-Na Cl O4 -HCl梯度洗脱体系可有效分离铬络合物组分 ,实验重现性好、误差较低 ,回收率可达 97%以上。对铬鞣液和废铬液络合物组分分析结果表明 ,陈放对铬络合物组成及鞣性有显著影响 ,2周内阴性、中性络合物由 84% (质量分数 ,下同 )急剧降低至 8.3 % ,在废铬液中铬络合物阴性、中性组分占3 2 % ,远高于陈放稳定后的原铬液相同组分的含量
The composition of chrome tanning liquor and waste chrome liquor was separated and determined by using self-made polystyrene type sulfonic acid cation exchange resin. The results showed that the ion exchange column used, the gradient of H 2 O-Na Cl O 4 -HCl The system can effectively separate the chromium complex components, and has good experiment reproducibility and low error, and the recovery rate can reach over 97%.
