Calcium antagonists (CAts) have a significant effect on coronary artery spasm (CAS) and have been widely used clinically. Currently. The pathogenesis of CAS has not yet been elucidated, and regulation of abnormal vascular contraction may play an important role in the regulation of coronary vasoactive substances. Numerous experiments show that CAts can inhibit the CAS and isolated coronary artery contraction induced by various vasoactive substances to some extent, which provides the experimental and theoretical basis for the treatment of CAS by CAts.
