从输送管道的材料、补气方式和供气管路布置3方面对橡胶加工中气力输送系统的耗能进行了分析,提出了超高分子聚乙烯管的节能效果较好;讨论了非可控旁通管、可控旁通管和双辅管3种补气方式的耗能机理以及供气管道的布置对能耗的影响。
The energy consumption of the pneumatic conveying system in rubber processing is analyzed from the aspects of the material of the conveying pipe, the mode of gas supply and the arrangement of the gas supply pipe.
