本文针对作业过程中出现管柱上顶后处理困难及长关井拔封风险大的问题,设计作业井防顶防窜装置。研制半月式安全卡瓦,解决了施工过程中管柱上顶后,利用绷绳紧急控制无法采取下步措施的问题,解除了绷绳对井口上部空间的限制,为下步处理提供了必要条件。限速上提装置的设计,对井下管柱采取全程液压控制,能够对上顶力10MPa以下作业井在可控状态下实现限速安全上提,施工安全性较高,可有效解决长关井压力不清、拔封施工风险高以及作业过程中管柱上顶无法处理等问题。
In this paper, in order to solve the problem of top-post-processing on the pipe string and the risk of pulling off the long-open well during operation, we designed the anti-roof anti-channeling device. The development of a half-moon-type safety slips solves the problem that next steps can not be taken by the emergency control of the tension rope after the pipe string is on the top during the construction process, and the restriction of the upper limit of the rope on the well head is released, which provides the necessary conditions for the next step of treatment . The design of the speed limit lifting device can take full hydraulic control on the downhole tubular string, and can achieve the speed limit safety control under the working force of 10 MPa or less in the top controllable force, which has high construction safety and can effectively solve the problems of long-closed well The pressure is not clear, the high risk of pulling off the construction and the top of the pipe can not handle the problem during the operation.
