Radiation therapy is the preferred method of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Irradiation field including ear field, nose anterior field, neck anterior field, neck lateral field and so on. Primary nasopharyngeal lesions mainly with bilateral ear and anterior foreskin, they include the middle ear, cochlear and part of the auditory pathway.
