文化大革命以来,由于林彪、“四人帮”反革命集团的毒害和外来资产阶级思想腐蚀,加上一些其他的社会原因,我国青少年犯罪问题日趋严重。青少年犯罪能否治理?如何充分发挥我国社会主义制度的优越性来治理青少年犯罪?去年五月下旬,中国社会科学院青少所青少年犯罪研究室和湖北省公安厅政条法科研究室联合调查组,专程到湖北省安陆县城关镇五一大队,就上述问题进行了专题调查。下面是这次调查的初步结果。
Since the Cultural Revolution, due to the poisoning of Lin Biao and the “gang of four” counter-revolutionary group and the erosion of the bourgeois ideology of the outside world, coupled with some other social causes, the problem of juvenile delinquency in our country has become increasingly serious. How can the juvenile delinquency be controlled? How to give full play to the superiority of the socialist system in our country to govern the juvenile delinquency? In late May last year, the Youth Adolescent Crime Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Joint Investigation Team of the Research Section of the Political Science and Law Department of the Public Security Bureau of Hubei Province, Made a special trip to Wuyi Brigade, Chengguan Town, Anlu County, Hubei Province, and conducted a special investigation on the above issues. Here is the preliminary result of this survey.
