为了进一步加强班主任队伍建设,发挥骨干班主任的示范引领作用,提高班主任的专业能力,2006年北京市委教育工委、市教委决定建立每两年一次的中小学十佳班主任表彰奖励制度。
In order to further strengthen the construction of the teacher’s team, to give play to the leading role of the leading teacher in the class and to improve the professional competence of the class teacher, the Beijing Municipal Committee of Education Committee and the Municipal Education Commission decided in 2006 to establish the awarding and reward system for the top ten primary and secondary school teachers in class every two years.
