目的了解南通市区初中生生活方式现状,为提供健康生活方式指导提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取南通市区5所初中初一到初三年级共1 019名学生进行现场问卷调查,并对不同性别和年级之间进行χ2检验。结果学生每周从不参加体育锻炼的报告率为15.80%;每天看电视/录像时间超过4 h的为7.46%;每天课外作业时间超过4 h的为16.23%;每天玩电子游戏的时间超过4 h的为6.08%;每天上网时间超过4 h的为6.48%。结论南通市区初中生生活方式整体较为健康,但也存在一些问题。社会、学校及家庭应进行合力引导和教育,以促使初中生形成良好生活方式。
Objective To understand the status quo of junior high school students’ lifestyles in Nantong city and provide evidence for providing guidance on healthy lifestyles. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted. A total of 1 019 students from the first to third grade of five junior high schools in Nantong City were selected to conduct a field survey. The χ2 test was conducted between different sexes and grades. Results The reported rate of students who never participated in physical exercise weekly was 15.80%; 7.46% of them watched TV / video more than 4 hours per day; 16.23% of students spent more than 4 hours per day of homework; video games played daily for more than 4 hours 6.08%; 6.48% of the time when the Internet access time exceeded 4 hours per day. Conclusion The overall life style of junior high school students in Nantong City is relatively healthy, but there are also some problems. Society, schools and families should work together to guide and educate them so that junior high school students can form a good lifestyle.
