本文用紫外分光光度计对灵芝VE蜂王浆与蜂王浆中蛋白质含量进行动态测定和比较,结果表明灵芝VE蜂王浆中蛋白质的降解速度低于蜂王浆。因而作者认为灵芝VE蜂王浆能廷缓或减少蜂王浆中有效成分蛋白质的分解,从而可以作为一种新的中药制剂取代蜂王浆。
In this paper, the protein content of VE royal jelly and royal jelly was measured and compared by UV spectrophotometer. The results showed that the degradation rate of protein in VE royal jelly was lower than that of royal jelly. Therefore, the author believes that ganoderma VE Royal Jelly can slow down or reduce the decomposition of the active ingredient protein in royal jelly, which can be used as a new Chinese medicine preparation to replace royal jelly.
