目的研究穿膜肽R6促进低分子肝素大鼠肠道吸收的作用。方法以用药前后血液凝固时间的变化为指标,采用大鼠十二指肠给药的方法评价R6对低分子肝素的促吸收作用,采用肠袢法研究R6的主要促吸收部位。结果R6作为吸收促进剂,低分子肝素十二指肠给药后凝血时间显著延长,R6在十二指肠、空肠、回肠部位均显示促吸收作用,且在回肠部位的促吸收效果最显著。结论R6能够显著促进低分子肝素的大鼠肠道吸收。
Objective To investigate the effect of transmembrane peptide R6 on intestinal absorption in low molecular weight heparin rats. Methods The changes of blood coagulation time before and after treatment as an indicator, the use of rat duodenum to evaluate the role of R6 to promote the absorption of low molecular weight heparin, intestinal gut method of R6 to promote absorption of the main site. Results R6 as an absorption enhancer, low molecular weight heparin after duodenal administration significantly longer clotting time, R6 in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum were shown to promote absorption, and promote absorption in the ileum most significant effect. Conclusion R6 can significantly promote intestinal absorption of low molecular weight heparin in rats.
