去年下基层时,结识了一批初学新闻写作的通讯员,后来陆续接到不少通讯员的来稿,发现他们普遍存在的一个问题就是不会发掘新闻素材,其表现:一是“捡到篮里都是菜”,连队发生什么事就写什么事,因此稿件出手率很高,有的一星期就写来七八篇稿件,但屡投不中,时间一长就丧失了坚持写稿的热情和信心;二是觉得部队基层平台小、条件差,满眼都是凡人小事,无新闻可写。
At the grassroots level last year, I got acquainted with a group of correspondents who started to write news articles and later received contributions from quite a few correspondents. I found that one of their common problems is that they will not find any news material. The first is “ Is a dish, ”even what happened to the company to write something, so the manuscripts hit rate is high, some one week to write seven eight articles, but repeatedly unsuccessful, over time lost the enthusiasm to insist on writing Confidence; the second is that the grassroots units of the platform is small, poor conditions, all eyes are mortal trivial, no news can be written.
