水稻无性遗传育种——胚芽移植(嫁接)研究是以寄生为依据,将蚕豆胚和稻谷芽(接穗)嫁接,首先无性培育成功“80313”(晚籼),再培育成功高蛋白水稻——“86413”蚕豆嫁接稻(晚籼)。并于1992年无性培育成功“9045”蚕豆胚、“86413”谷芽复接稻,历经1993年试繁无性遗传后代分析验证均获成功。“86413”蛋白质含量高达13.56%。1990~1994年试繁及省内外23处81个点,面积132149亩连年栽种结果表明,品质优良,出穗率81.25%,精米率70.55%,直链淀粉含量21.53%,糊化温度7级,平均亩产达687.4kg。
