本文利用DSC差热分析、红外吸收光谱和正电子湮没试验,研究了硫系非晶态半导体Se的玻璃转变。结果表明,可用Mott等人提出的MDS模型和Kaster等人提出的换价理论对非晶Se的玻璃转变进行解释。
In this paper, differential scanning calorimetry, infrared absorption spectroscopy and positron annihilation experiments were used to study the glass transition of the chalcogenide amorphous semiconductor Se. The results show that the glass transition of amorphous Se can be explained by the MDS model proposed by Mott et al. And the exchange rate theory proposed by Kaster et al.
