为研究无机胶植筋后锚固连接的抗震性能,对4榀钢筋混凝土框架构件进行有机胶与无机胶植筋低周反复加载试验,其中1榀整浇注构件,3榀植筋构件。在设计试件时考虑了节点植筋形式和植筋胶种类两种影响因素。分析研究4榀构件在低周反复荷载下的破坏机理、钢筋的锚固性能、承载能力、抗震性能。试验结果表明:植筋胶种类和节点植筋形式对结构的抗震性能有较大影响。无机胶植筋试件在低周反复荷载作用下最终发生锚固破坏,有机胶植筋试件的破坏形态同整浇注试件,采用无机胶梁单独植筋试件具有较好的抗震性能。
In order to study the seismic performance of the anchoring connection of inorganic adhesive anchorage, four 榀 reinforced concrete frame members were subjected to low cycle repeated loading tests of organic adhesive and inorganic adhesive anchorage. Among them, 1 榀 full cast component and 3 榀 anchorage components. In the design of the test piece, two kinds of influencing factors were considered, including the type of anchorage bar and the type of anchorage glue. The failure mechanism of 4 榀 members under cyclic low cyclic load, anchorage performance, bearing capacity and seismic performance of steel bars are analyzed and studied. The test results show that the types of anchorage glue and the anchorage form of node have a great influence on the seismic performance of the structure. The anchoring failure of inorganic adhesive anchorage specimens finally occurred under the action of low cycle repeated loading. The failure morphology of the anchoring agent of organic adhesive anchors was better than that of the whole casting specimens.
