激素车间是江西国药有限责任公司生产强的松产品的车间,多年来,一直坚持开展“小指标”竞赛活动,并取得了一定的成绩。 “小指标”竞赛是指车间根据公司方针目标下达的技术经济指标,通过层层分解,落实到班组和个人的一种生产管理方法。它能有效地检查和考核每一个人的工作质量和工作责任,能直观指示各个部门、车间、员工的劳动成果,能有效地将劳动者的劳动成果与劳动报酬紧密联系在一起。“小指标”竞赛对于深化企业改革,加强企业管理,降低成本,提高经济效益,具有重要的意义。
The Hormone workshop is a workshop for Jiangxi Qiangguo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to produce prednisone products.
