本文对村民自治中的“贿选”行为进行了法律分析,通问卷调查的结果分析和归纳了“贿选”的具体表现形式和产生的原因,并提出了我国“贿选”治理制度的完善措施。
This article analyzes the law of “bribery” in the villagers’ autonomy, analyzes and summarizes the concrete manifestation and causes of the “bribery election” through the result of questionnaire survey, and puts forward the governance of “bribery election” in our country System of measures to improve.
