临床资料本组23例,其中男19例,女4例;年龄24～69岁。平均年龄58.6岁。病因:冠心病、心肌病及原因不明的室上性心动过速。临床表现为:突然发病,血压迅速降至正常水平以下,大汗,呼吸困难,四肢凉,脉搏弱或不清,心率160次/分以上。病人有窒息感。观察对象均经心电图证实或在心电监护下给药。给药方法:5%葡萄糖250ml内加入阿拉明40mg～80mg,以每分钟4ml左右速度静脉点滴。随时观察血压、呼吸、心律及病人反
Clinical data The group of 23 patients, 19 males and 4 females; aged 24 to 69 years. The average age of 58.6 years old. Etiology: Coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy and unexplained supraventricular tachycardia. Clinical manifestations: sudden onset, rapid decline in blood pressure below the normal level, sweating, difficulty breathing, cold limbs, pulse weak or unclear, heart rate 160 beats / min or more. The patient has a sense of suffocation. Subjects were confirmed by ECG or under ECG monitoring. Method of administration: 5% dextrose 250ml Alaramine 40mg ~ 80mg, to 4ml per minute speed intravenous drip. Watch blood pressure, respiration, heart rate and patient reaction at any time
