[目的]研究II型糖尿病患者饮食调控效果及其影响因素的关系。[方法]对糖尿病患者进行入户访谈式问卷调查,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归法进行统计分析。[结果]影响糖尿病患者饮食调控效果的显著性因素有自身调控能力(P=0.001,OR=10.867)、心情不好时吸烟(P=0.027,OR=3.923)、外出时是否坚持饮食疗法(P=0.03,OR=6.72)、执行时是否遇到饥饿困难(P=0.047,OR=0.262)等。[结论]坚持科学合理的饮食调控,对控制II型糖尿病的发生和发展有重要意义。
[Objective] To study the relationship between diet-control effect and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetic patients. [Methods] The interviewed questionnaire was conducted on patients with diabetes mellitus, and the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyzes were used for statistical analysis. [Results] The significant factors influencing the diet control effect in diabetic patients were self-regulation (P = 0.001, OR = 10.867), smoking in bad mood (P = 0.027, OR = 3.923) 0.03, OR = 6.72), whether the implementation of hunger difficulties encountered (P = 0.047, OR = 0.262) and so on. [Conclusion] Adhering to scientific and reasonable diet regulation is of great significance for controlling the occurrence and development of type II diabetes.
