残余应力对铸件质量影响很大。为了解铸件内部的残余应力,以应力框铸件为研究对象,建立了铸件三维有限元模型,对其铸造凝固过程的三维瞬态温度场、应力场进行数值模拟,得出了铸件温度场和残余应力的分布。模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。该项研究为提高铸件质量、确定振动时效工艺参数提供了依据。
Residual stress has a great impact on the quality of castings.
