从山西临汾襄汾景毛乡果园罹病的桃小食心虫Carposina sasakii(Matsumura)(Lepidoptera:Carposini-dae)幼虫虫尸中分离纯化获得一株新菌株,命名为TSL06.通过对该菌株的培养性状、光学显微和扫描电镜下的形态特征观察,以及ITS基因序列分析,鉴定出TSL06菌株为绿僵菌属Metarhizium Sorokin的金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae(Metsch.)Sorokin.用该菌株的5种浓度孢子悬液对桃小食心虫幼虫进行毒力试验,结果表明,浓度为1.2×109孢子/mL的孢子悬液对桃小食心虫幼虫的校正致死率最高,达到86.08%.
A new strain named TSL06 was isolated and purified from the larvae of Carposina sasakii (Lepidoptera: Carposini-dae) larvae infected with the diseased orchard of Xiangmao, Jingmao orchard, Xiangfen, Linfen, Shanxi Province.According to the culture traits, Light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy morphological observation, and ITS gene sequence analysis identified TSL06 strain Metarhizium Sorokin Metarhizium Sorokin Metarhizium anisopliae (Metsch.) Sorokin with the strain of five kinds of concentration of spores Suspension toxicity tests on the peach moth larvae, the results showed that the concentration of 1.2 × 109 spores / mL of spore suspension on Peach moth larvae mortality adjusted the highest, reaching 86.08%.
