污水处理费作为水价的重要组成部分,对应对工业用水危机具有一定的促进作用。根据2007—2015年全国30个省、市、直辖区(除西藏、港澳台之外)的面板数据,通过研究污水处理费对工业用水总量、工业用水效率、污水排放量的价格弹性计算,分析污水处理费对工业用水的影响机理。污水处理费对工业废水排放量和工业用水总量具有一定的抑制作用,可起到提高工业用水效率的作用。
