目的:为制定中国中青年男性全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法:收集了中国各地用毛细管法测定的健康中青年男性全血比粘度参考值,并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究。结果:发现海拔高度是影响中青年男性全血比粘度参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,中青年男性全血比粘度参考值也在逐渐增大,相关性很显著,用一元回归分析的方法推导出了五个回归方程。结论:如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的中青年男性全血比粘度参考值。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a scientific basis for the establishment of a uniform standard of reference value of whole blood viscosity of Chinese young men. METHODS: Reference values for the whole blood specific viscosity of healthy young men measured by capillary method were collected from all over China, and their relationship with geographical factors was studied. Results: It is found that altitude is the most important factor that affects the reference value of whole blood viscosity of middle-aged and young men. With the gradual increase of altitude, the reference value of specific viscosity of whole blood of young and middle-aged men also gradually increases, Five regression equations were deduced by the method of one-dimensional regression analysis. Conclusion: If you know the geographical factors in a certain place in China, you can use the regression equation to estimate the reference value of whole-blood specific viscosity of middle-aged and young men in this area.
