自参加“先学后教,多学少教”的课题实验以来,经过一段时间的学习、研究与实践,笔者深深认识到:“先学后教,多学少教”是实现有效教学、优质教学的一条“铁律”。当学生处于相对独立和基本独立的学习阶段,具有一定的独立学习能力,必须先学后教,这是教学的一条规则、规律,而不是一种可以采用也可以不采用的方式、方法。笔者试以“圆的认识”这节教研课为切入点,谈谈自己在备课、上课过程中的一些切身体会,以及参与课题实验以来的一些收获与思考。
Since I took part in the experiment of “learning first, teaching more, less teaching more”, after a period of study, research and practice, I deeply realized that: To achieve effective teaching, high-quality teaching an “iron law.” When students are in relatively independent and basically independent stages of learning, have a certain degree of independent learning ability, they must first learn after teaching. This is a teaching rule and law, not a method that can or can not be adopted. The author tries to use “circle of knowledge” this section of teaching and research as a starting point to talk about their own in preparing lessons, some experience in the process of class, as well as participation in experimental subjects since some of the harvest and thinking.
