在中职教育过程中,中职计算机基础的办公室软件教学是计算机教学中的重点内容。随着社会信息化的飞速发展,对于技术型人才需求非常大。因此,在中职教学当中,对于计算机教学尤为重视,在计算机基础教学中,主要是为了培养学生的计算机应用能力和素质,其中的办公室软件是计算机基础教学中的重要部分,运用极其广泛,操作性强,在实践工作中运用最多。但是在如今的计算机基础的办公室软件教学中,学生的学习水平还不够高,操作能力也不够强,针对出现的一系列问题进行了改革和分析。
