校长教学领导力是校长的核心领导力,新课改背景下,校长要加强对新课程的领导力,通过对教学活动和教学主体的领导,促进学生和教师发展。听评课是校长了解与改进学校教学、提升自身教学领导力的重要途径。加强校长教学领导力,就要让听评课成为一种习惯行为。通过日常听课和与教师交谈,能发现一些问题,比如教学模式的变革、教学技能的提升给课堂注入了活力,但教师对学科课程的理解力、建构力仍存在不足,
The headmaster’s teaching leadership is the headmaster’s core leadership. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the headmaster should strengthen the leadership of the new curriculum and promote the development of students and teachers through the leadership of teaching activities and teaching subjects. Listening to and commenting class is an important way for the headmaster to understand and improve school teaching and enhance their own teaching leadership.
