I. INTRODUCTION The Gansu Provincial Metrology Research Institute is located in the northwestern part of the motherland. The average annual air density is 1.002mg / cm3 and the average altitude is 1520m, all exceeding the air density and altitude specified in JJG99-2006 Deviation range.
