目的:探讨脑囊虫病患者脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及一氧化氮(NO)的含量变化及二者之间的关系。方法:分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(双抗体夹心法)及酶法对30例脑囊虫病患者脑脊液中的TNF-α及NO进行检测。结果:脑囊虫病患者脑脊液中TNF-α及NO含量均较正常对照组升高(P值均<005),且二者之间的相关系数有高度显著性(P<001)。结论:脑囊虫病患者脑脊液中TNF-a及NO含量均增高,且其含量间有相关关系存在
Objective: To investigate the changes of cerebrospinal fluid tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with cysticercosis and their relationship. Methods: The levels of TNF-α and NO in CSF of 30 patients with cysticercosis were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The contents of TNF-α and NO in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with cysticercosis were significantly higher than those in normal controls (all P <0.05), and the correlation coefficients were highly significant (P <0.001).
