日前,国务院印发《关于加强金融消费者权益保护工作的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》),对我国进一步加强金融消费者权益保护、提升金融消费者信心、促进金融市场健康运行、维护国家金融稳定。《意见》明确,金融管理部门要按照职责分工,切实做好各自职责范围内金融消费者权益保护工作;各类金融机构负有保护金融消费者基本权利,依法、合规开展经营活动的义务;金融领域相关社会组织应协助金融消费者依法维权,发挥其在金融消费者权益保护中的重要作用。 Recently, the State Council issued the Guidance Opinion on Strengthening the Protection of Rights and Interests of Financial Consumers (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions), which further strengthened the protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers in our country, enhanced the confidence of financial consumers, promoted the healthy operation of financial markets, and maintained the national financial stable.
