本研究目的是调查职业噪声暴露对听觉的影响和确定噪声引起飞行人员听力损失(NIHL)的个人因素。这项用横断面流行病学的研究是在韩国一个大城市255名全日制高噪声暴露男性工作人员中进行的。应用了四种测量:①自填职业听力问卷调查;②血压;③听力学评价(耳镜检查和纯音听力测定);④工作人员平时工作所在场所噪声水平。初步结果表明普通航空港工作人员表现一种特异的6kHz处有急降的两侧噪声
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of occupational noise exposure on hearing and to determine the personal factors that cause noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) in pilots. The cross-sectional epidemiological study was conducted among 255 full-time high-noise exposed male staff in a large city in South Korea. Four types of measurements were applied: ① self-employed audition questionnaire; ② blood pressure; ③ audiological assessment (otoscopy and pure tone audiometry); ④ noise level of the place where the staff member usually works. Preliminary results showed that general aviation staff performed a specific double-sided noise with sharp drop at 6 kHz
