129.常用宏观断口法和显微组织分析法来测量渗碳层的深度。宏观断口法:将渗碳试样从渗碳温度直接淬火,打断。断口上表面银白色瓷状层是渗碳层,未渗碳心部呈灰色。这两层交界处的碳浓度约为0.4%。将渗碳试样磨抛后用4%硝酸酒精侵蚀,肉眼观察渗层呈暗黑色,未渗碳部分呈灰色。以此可粗略估计渗碳层的深度。
129. Common macro-fracture method and microstructure analysis method to measure the depth of carburized layer. Macro fracture method: the carburizing sample directly from the carburizing temperature quenching, interrupted. The white porcelain-like layer on the fracture surface is carburized and the carburized heart is gray. The carbon concentration at the junction of these two layers is about 0.4%. The carburized sample after grinding and polishing with 4% nitric acid alcohol erosion, the naked eye was observed in the dark black layer, not carburized part of the gray. This gives a rough estimate of the depth of the carburized layer.
