目的:分析扶正抗毒丸治疗对HIV感染ⅡA期患者CTL应答及T细胞亚群表达影响。方法:采用治疗前后自身对照方法,对HIV感染ⅡA期患者给予扶正抗毒丸治疗12个月,用流式细胞术分析患者治疗前后CTL应答及T细胞亚群表达变化。结果:用扶正抗毒丸治疗12个月后,HIV感染ⅡA期患者淋巴细胞总数、CD4+T、CD8+T细胞计数稳定在一定范围;HIV特异性CD8+T细胞占淋巴细胞总数的比例明显上升;CD8+CD95+、CD4+CD95+和CD8+CD28+细胞亚群比例明显下降。结论:扶正抗毒丸治疗HIV感染,可以稳定ⅡA期患者CD4+T、CD8+T细胞计数,增强CTL应答,可能与降低CD8和CD4细胞凋亡有关。
Objective: To analyze the influence of Fuzheng Kangdu pill on CTL response and T cell subsets in stage Ⅱ A HIV infection. Methods: Before and after treatment with self-control method, patients with stage IIA HIV infection were given Fuzheng Toxin Capsule for 12 months. The changes of CTL response and T cell subsets before and after treatment were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: The total number of lymphocytes, CD4 + T and CD8 + T cell counts in patients with stage ⅡA HIV infection after 12 months of treatment were stable. HIV-specific CD8 + T cells accounted for a significant proportion of the total number of lymphocytes Increased; the proportion of CD8 + CD95 +, CD4 + CD95 + and CD8 + CD28 + cells decreased significantly. Conclusion: Treatment of HIV infection with Fuzheng Toxin Capsule can stabilize the counts of CD4 + T and CD8 + T cells in patients with stage ⅡA and enhance CTL response, which may be related to the decrease of apoptosis of CD8 and CD4 cells.
