NCV与病程(t=10.329,P<0.01)、2hPG(t=8.715,P<0.01)呈负相关,与FC-P(t=2.402,P<0.05)、2hC-P(t=19.696,P<0.01)呈正相关,尤其与2hC-P密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum C-peptide (C-P) level and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 128 T2DM patients were selected and divided into two groups based on NCV: 76 in NCV normal group and 52 in NCV abnormal group. Another 40 healthy people as a control group. BMI, HbA1c, FPG, 2hPG, FC-P and 2hC-P (2hC-P) were measured in each group. )value. Results Compared with NCV normal group, the course of NCV abnormal group increased significantly (P <0.01), 2hPG increased significantly (P <0.01), FC-P and 2hC-P decreased significantly (P <0.01) HbA1c, 2hPG, 2hC-P levels compared with the control group differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). NCV was negatively correlated with duration of illness (t = 10.329, P <0.01) and 2hPG (t = 8.715, P <0.01) <0.01), especially closely related to 2hC-P. Conclusions The level of serum C-peptide is closely related to the neurological function in patients with T2DM. C-peptide has a protective effect on the nerve.
