目的探讨早期复极综合征的心电图特点。方法选择入院就诊早期复极综合征患者30例,对本组所选患者采用心电图机进行十二导联同步描记,患者取平卧位,记录平卧位时十二导联心电图表现,所选患者均进行30min运动试验,记录运动后的即刻心电图,对所选患者均进行常规心肌酶学指标检测。结果本组30例患者心电图均显示为窦性心律,其中21例患者表现为窦性心动过缓,占70.0%。6例患者为单纯性肢体导联ST段抬高,占20.0%,15例患者出现单纯胸前导联ST段抬高,所占比例为50.0%,肢体导联ST段和胸前导联ST段均抬高患者有9例,占30.0%。本组患者血清心肌酶学检查显示均正常。所有30min运动试验心电图描记结果显示所有患者ST段基本回降到等电位线,T波振幅也降到等电位线。结论早期复极综合征其心电图表现特殊,可为良性心电图改变,但要与急性心肌梗死、变异性心绞痛和心包炎等心脏疾病相关心电图鉴别,避免误诊。
Objective To explore the characteristics of electrocardiogram in early repolarization syndrome. Methods 30 cases of patients with early repolarization syndrome admitted to hospital were enrolled in this study. Twelve lead electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed on the patients selected for this study. The supine position was recorded. The performance of 12-lead electrocardiogram was recorded when supine. The selected patients All 30min exercise tests were recorded immediately after exercise ECG, the selected patients were routine myocardial enzyme detection. Results The electrocardiogram of 30 patients showed sinus rhythm. Among them, 21 patients showed sinus bradycardia, accounting for 70.0%. Six patients were ST segment elevation of simple limb lead, accounting for 20.0%. Fifteen patients had ST-segment elevation of simple thoracic lead, accounting for 50.0%. ST segment of ST segment and ST Nine patients were elevated segment, accounting for 30.0%. The patients with serum myocardial enzymology showed normal. All 30min exercise test electrocardiogram results showed that all patients with ST segment back to the equipotential line, T wave amplitude also dropped to the equipotential line. Conclusions Early repolarization syndrome has special ECG, which may be a change of benign electrocardiogram. However, it should be differentiated from electrocardiogram related to heart diseases such as acute myocardial infarction, variant angina pectoris and pericarditis to avoid misdiagnosis.
