本文研究了在S20A钢中稀土元素对横向时效冲击性能的影响。结果指出:S20A钢加稀土元素后,横向时效冲击值显著提高;在一定的RE/S值范围内,RE/S值与横向时效冲击性能之间成线性关系;这种性能的变化,是由于稀土元素改变了夹杂物的性质、数量、形态和分布,使MnS变质为分散分布的呈圆形或椭圆形的稀土硫化物所致;稀土元素对横向时效冲击值的影响与对横向(未时效)冲击性能的影响是不同的,当O/S值较低时,从钢材性能和组织两方面来考虑,应控制RE/S=1。
This paper studies the effect of rare earth elements on the transverse aging impact properties in S20A steel. The results show that the transverse aging resistance value of S20A steel increases significantly with the addition of rare earth elements. The RE / S value has a linear relationship with the transverse aging impact within a certain range of RE / S values. The change of this property is due to Rare earth elements change the nature, quantity, morphology and distribution of inclusions, resulting in the deterioration of MnS due to the distribution of circular or oval-shaped rare earth sulfide; the effect of rare earth elements on transverse aging impact value and transverse (un-aged ) The impact of impact performance is different, when the O / S value is low, from the steel performance and organization considerations, the RE / S = 1 should be controlled.
