考察了除去骆驼蓬种籽种皮表面的硬实后对促进其萌芽的作用及萌芽与生物碱含量的相关性。发现在种籽萌芽的一般条件下除去硬实可显著缩短骆驼莲籽的萌芽时间，萌芽后其生物碱含量下降。
The effect of removing the hard surface of seed coat of Peganum harmala seed on the germination and the correlation between germination and alkaloid content were investigated. It was found that the removal of hard seeds under the general conditions of seed germination significantly shortened the germination time of Camellia seeds, and the alkaloid content decreased after germination.
